BHUNA - A medium spice thick sauce

JALFREZI - A fiery favourite with a generous amount of peppers & green chillies

DUPIAZA - Medium spice, chopped onion, green pepper, cooked with medium strength

ROGON JOSH - Medium spices, lots of tomatoes, garlic and fresh coriander

KORAI - Medium spices, mixed herbs, dry mint, chopped onions, green peppers & tomatoes

MADRAS - Mixed herbs, fairly spiced and sauce known for it’s fabulous richly hot taste, cooked with chilli, ginger & lemon juice

VINDALOO - Very hot, tasty, fresh hot spices with red chilli garlic, ginger, fresh coriander & potato

SAG - Cooked with onions, tomato, garlic & ginger

BIRYANI - An Eastern delicacy, Biryani is a special combination of chicken, lamb or prawn and baked basmati rice, flavoured with almonds, bay leaves, saffron and puree ghee, served with a vegetable curry
